I am amazed and inspired by all the beautiful stitching. I didn't get my supplies until mid-December and didn't get started until December 30. It's been slow stitching but I've managed to get 3 blocks done. Probably won't see that again but I'm hoping to stitch at least 1 block a month. Like Margaret I'm having trouble with the colors. I don't know if the photography/lighting of the leaflets made colors appear lighter or because I'm stitching on a smaller count that makes the colors appear darker. In any case, I seem to be making a lot of changes. Can't thank Barbara and Deb enough about the difference in block sizes and how to adjust. It saved a lot of frustration. I went ahead and 'roped' out the blocks to avoid counting when I'd rather be stitching. Here's my progress to date:
M*N*O by The Priairie Schooler
25ct (over1) Fairy Dust evenweave
DMC cotton floss
M is for Mermaid (I added a curl - couldn't help myself)
N is for Nest
O is for Owl
I didn't know if I should post my color changes or not. If you're interested I'll be happy to share.

I love the Mermaid's curl. And I can't believe how much progress you've made. I'm going to have to refer to your pictures when I get to those blocks.
Prettiest one I have seen so far!! LOVE the curl!! Faye
I think you are moving along pretty fast. It looks great. I would appreciate your color changes. Thanks

If this is slow stitching, I'd hate to keep up with you going fast!
Great work, will have to remember about the mermaid curl when the time comes - I have curly hair myself, it seems appropriate!
Lovely job Candace.
That's lovely and a huge amount of progress!
